Rani Mukerji Celebrates Birthday at Kamakhya Temple
Bollywood actor Rani Mukerji visited the Kamakhya Temple in Guwahati on 21st March to seek blessings from Maa Kamakhya on her 45th birthday. The star of Mrs. Chatterjee Vs. Norway flew from Mumbai to Assam wearing a pink and red embroidered suit set.
Mukerji was spotted by fans and paparazzi outside the Kalina airport in Mumbai and at the Lokpriya Gopinath Bordoloi International Airport in Guwahati.
She smiled and waved to them before heading to the temple.
Kamakhya Temple is one of the most revered Shaktipeeths in India, dedicated to the goddess Kamakhya, an incarnation of Sati. It is located on Nilachal Hill in Guwahati and attracts thousands of devotees yearly.
Mukerji is known for her versatile roles in films such as Black, Hum Tum, Mardaani, Bunty Aur Babli, and Hichki. She is married to filmmaker Aditya Chopra and has a daughter named Adira.
