Itanagar, Nov 13 : The General Officer Commanding (GOC) of Spear Corps visited forward areas and air-maintained posts in the Lohit Valley of Arunachal Pradesh to assess operational preparedness, logistics sustenance and troop morale in the high-altitude terrain of the eastern sector.
During the visit, the GOC interacted with personnel deployed in remote posts and commended their professionalism, dedication and innovative approach in maintaining readiness under challenging conditions.
He emphasised the increasing importance of technology, automation and tactical innovation in enhancing mission capability and ensuring operational effectiveness in the region.
