A Sub Inspected of Assam Police, posted at the Golaghat Sadar Police Station was caught red-handed accepting bribe by the sleuths of Vigilance Department, on Thursday.
Assam Police Special DGP GP Singh who is also the direction of the Vigilance Dept, has tweeted in this regard.
He tweeted ”Sub Inspector Abdul Jalil of Golaghat Sadar Police Station arrested red-handed today by Vigilance team while accepting INR 10,000 out of demaned 30,000.”
