Itanagar (Arunachal Pradesh), Nov 11 : Troops of Dao Division conducted a series of coordinated training exercises across forward areas of eastern Arunachal Pradesh aimed at enhancing operational proficiency and inter-agency cooperation.

The exercise focused on improving coordination, adaptability, and mission readiness under varied terrain and environmental conditions. A range of simulated operational drills were carried out to strengthen teamwork, refine tactical responses, and validate standard operating procedures in realistic field scenarios.
According to a Defence PRO, the training was designed “to ensure troops remain fully prepared to undertake diverse operational responsibilities with precision and confidence.”
The exercise also tested integrated planning, logistics management, and communication channels essential for effective field operations. Emphasis was laid on enhancing efficiency, resilience, and synchronization among participating elements.
Through such regular and realistic training, the formation continues to uphold the Indian Army’s tradition of professionalism and preparedness while maintaining a high level of operational readiness in the strategically important region.
